JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for working alongside Reporting/ Immediate Manager and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties and collaborating with various teams to increase company’s efficiency and profitability. Create visual concepts by hand or by using digital tools. Communicate ideas to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers through both physical and virtual art forms that include images, words, or graphics with a skill set of visual thinking, problem solving and effective communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
1. Developing creative standards
2. Meet with the Project co-ordinator to determine the scope of a project
3. Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
4. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
5. Plans concept by studying information and materials
6. Produces designs by developing concepts relaying with the project’s requirement and providing work direction to co – workers
7. Meet design thinking work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
8. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations
9. Determine the message the design should portray
10. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
11. Create designs either by hand or by using computer software packages
12. Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
13. Select colors, images, text style, and layout
14. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
15. Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors
16. Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
17. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
18. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
19. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
20. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Knowledge in Graphic Designing, UI/UX Designing, Brand Designing, Interiors Designing
and Video Editing
2. Proficiency with illustration tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk (CAD)).
3. Layout and analytical skills
4. Knowledge of desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
5. Strong Presentation Skills
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
7. Up to date with knowledge and skills of technology relating to the services offered

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s in Design and Graphics, or Relevant Course with hands on experience.
Experience
Deep knowledge and experience in graphic designing, industrial design, interior design, or an equivalent experience of minimum 5 years as Brand Designer
Certifications
Certification in Graphic Tool would be preferable
