Screening
Our expert hiring team analyze the resumes collected and run a first level background verification on each candidate we prefer to continue with.
Knowledge Assessment
Aptitude and verbal rounds for assessing the candidates basic knowledge and common sense and shortlist best talents out of them .
Machine Test
Department's technical in-charge will arrange tech skill assessment by scheduling real time task for respective department applicants.
HR Round
Candidates get passes through machine test will be asked to take HR round because to understand the expectation and plans up ahead.
Team Fit Test
Our HR will run a real time test for shortlisted candidates to make sure that teams health get stronger by adding a new member to it.
Appointment
And the final step to step into our BigBang family is providing the personal and educations verification documents get inducted and Rock it!
